University and Technical University Graduates: Training Program with Perspective

At IPG you can look forward to an indefinite direct entry. With a clearly structured training, you are introduced into the various methods and technologies. Interupted by further training sesions, you will be introduced into client projects or managed service services. A senior consultant will assist you in continuously improving your analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as communication and problem solving skills on the job.

Trainees: Introduction into Practice

IPG offers internships in the scope of interesting projects, during a time period of at least six months. Would you like to apply for a general internship? Then please indicate if you would like to work in the project business or in our managed services, and in which country you would like to work.

Internship after the Informatik- or Handelsmittelschule

Attach an interesting practical year after school, that you can complete with a vocational diploma or abitur. Committed trainees can qualify themselves for a long term employment.

Professionally Experienced: Shape your Career

IAM Advisor

After a structured three month introduction phase, you work in client projects as an IAM advisor and take partial project responsibility. You get to know the various questions our clients have and attain established knowledge of our our methods and technologies. In this position you collect your first leadership experiences.

IAM Consultant

After a structured three month introduction phase, you work in client projects as an IAM consultant and take partial project responsibility. You attain established knowledge of our our methods and technologies. In this position you collect your first leadership experiences.

Senior IAM Consultant

As senior IAM consultant, you accompany complex tasks and client projects as project manager. Furthermore you execute technical seminars and write specialist articles for the media. You also handle tasks in the recruiting process and in the education of employees for the purpose of further developing our team.
