SailPoint offers a flexible licensing model, which is typically based on the number of identities managed. Customers usually pay per active user (identity), with different editions and feature packages available, e.g. foridentity governance, access management or cloud integration.

In addition, modular extensions and services, such as compliance reporting or risk analyses, can be licensed separately. This model allows organizations to scale the solution to fit their size and feature needs without incurring unnecessary costs for unused features.

With the acquisition of identic group AG in 2025, IPG gained many years of Sailpoint know-how and a broad customer base for Sailpoint IIQ and ISC. From 2026, we will even be a Managed Service Provider (MSP) of Sailpoint. As an MSP, we can offer bundles of Sailpoint SaaS licenses and IPG application operations services. Currently, very few integrators from Europe participate in this exclusive program.
